If you decided that your kid should start on ice skating, experts recommend you should get special ice skates for kids.
The double bladed skates, for example, help your kid start off confidently. Since the boot comes with two blades, the toddler will feel more stable. It will be easier for him to maintain his balance, so the fear of falling is reduced from the very first skating lesson.
They are great for very young kids, whose balance isn’t perfect even on solid ground. As they grow older – or show significant improvement in skating skills – they can be moved regular, “real” single-bladed skates.
